advice re farm type gate

I want quite a large gate for my sloping drive that leads down to under my house. The slope has high concrete walls eitherside. Id like a farm type gate and it will be around 10 foot wide. Now whats the cheapest option, wrought iron or wood and what kind of wood can be used if that is the cheapest option. How would it be fixed to the concrete wall and does anyone know anyone who can make one.

I would think that metal is your best option, given the span i would suggest you use two gates.

Any metal works would be pleased to make one, depends where you are.

Just again the old Cyprus adage don't accept the first price get at least three and haggle.

The firm that makes it will normally fix it for you as well.
