If the worst happens you or they can easily take the door off and fit temp into position to fill the hole if it looks a mess without. The pump seal has just gone on mine in the uk and just fitted another no problem. Have all the obvious things been checked? Waste blockages etc. What is it doing or not doing?

Yes all obvious things have been checked i clean twice a month with recommended cleaner but for some reason the rinsec cycle will not go through and the tablet is still not out of the box....i have been told the memory might have gone. I just want someone to come and fix the problem.... but everyone is saying take it away ( i can deal with this but as we know) the machine will be away for at least a week or two rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Just want someone to come and fix it the cost is no problem

Dishwashers are simple things and very easy to fix in situ. We had a new programme box in 3 years and also we had a sticking float (twice) that meant the pump thought there was still water in the machine and continued to pump out and so the programme couldn't continue till the float had dropped. As long as you don't have some unique maufactured machine they should be able to get your part for you and fit it less than an hour without taking it away.
