Octopus Pools will be offering fully comprehensive pool maintenance to customers who don't want to pay for breakdowns/repairs. Pump room equipment such as pumps, filters, controls, etc., will be covered for flooding, failure and fire. You pay one fixed sum per month and should you have a mishap it will be repaired at no extra charge. This may be particularly attractive to communal pool owners as it means that they can budget annually for maintenance knowing that there will not be any unforseens than will need paying for. For further details please contact: info@octopuspools.com

We have had many pump rooms flooded this last week - many of them belonged to customers who were covered by this maintenance offer. Home insurance will cover some of these floodings but the majority weren't. This offer is still open to customers, new and old.

Neptune pools do a fully comprehensive maintenance for pools, and at practically the same cost as other pool companies that just do the cleaning!!! ..... So shop around, as we got charged last year for a pump and filters, sand and you name it, they charged for it,..... Neptune has put our minds at rest as we are in GB 9mths of the year...

Hi gallowgate, our pool is 10 x 8 I think! May be a little bigger, I will ask hubby when he is home tomorrow, and confirm. Are you a member of niges forum, if you are I will send you a private message with the price, as I dont put up my email address but can send private messages on that forum. But to give you an idea of prices for just pool clean, most charge £60 per month, and Neptune are competitive. Some say they only charge £30 per month in the winter, but we want assurances that it is kept A1. They replace things that others wont, or dont want to. Kristina is very much on the ball.....

Pool companies that are offering this comprehensive cover take all the worry out of things going wrong, replacements ect, can only be a good thing for the folks that are only over a few months of the year.. Another company doing this service can only be good for every one.....
