Try the basket shop on the way up to Karmi. You can't miss it as it's on a very tight bend half way up the hill, opposite the church (with lots of baskets hanging outside!).

We got ours from the covered market in Lefkosa - it's quite big and I think it was 35TL.

We got our basket free with our logs last year. 350tl for 3 tons orange and lemon wood far better in my opinion than carob and olive, it doesn't spark.
