| Really interesting reading on this on the H .P.G. Website , so this means if there is no mention of the vendor being responsible for connection charges in the contract , the builder then has to pay for connection charges , i am reading it correct am i not ? help please anyone . |

| Hi wyn . We took possesion 12 months ago with only a small payment for connection , this contract is for my daughter , she has keys , temp electric/water , up to now she has not paid the requested charge for utilities the contract says nothing about utilities so i wonder what happens now . Mmmmmmmm |
