i'm 21 and hired from baspinar only last week... they said as i had full uk license it was no problem

You will not have adequate insurance if involved in any serious injury when hiring from any car hire company. At best they give you third party but their insurers DO NOT as far as I am aware cover anyone under 25. Please let me know if you get or have evidence to contrary, friend runs a car hire company and quite frankly is appaled that people accepting hire of a vehicle without insurance given the regular complaints about driving on this forum!!!!!!.



In the case of injury with most car hire here you are not covered. Just think of costs at hospital and repatriation etc.



Most do not and when it happens they come around the community here with begging bowl.
