| You can find this in most of the supermarkets. It is in a brown paper bag with the name SOKE Kepekli UN |

| Isn't that just bran flour or is that what the Turkish equivalent of wholemeal flour is? |

| its the nearest you will get to wholemeal flour and its very good, i sometimes make wholemeal and cheese scones with it come out a treat |
