Rowlo - was always under the impression that a dishwasher ia MORE environmentally friendly as it uses a lot less water - anyone know the answer to this as I too want a dishwasher

They are about the same



to buy one increases your carbon footprint manufacture of the dishwasher plus delivery

but does save water if only used when full

Ours blew up 2 days before Christmas everyone was at home plus visitors first time for 20 years without one not an issue now were down to 3 or 4 at home
