After another visit to Famagusta I've laid out a very nice route, which will take about three hours (easy speed!) including a lunch. The only problem now is that walled Famagusta is a dead city in this time of the year - no tourists, hardly an open restaurant and still too cold to eat/drink outside. I think half/end of March may be the best time to start. If you want to join one of the (free) "Famagusta Walks" send an email to mcf.trnc@gmail.com so I can start to form groups and keep you informed about the possible dates. Please note: bookings via email only: mcf.trnc@gmail.com !

The answer to an email question (really!): "No, Famagusta is not a dangerous place to walk, so you don't need extra insurance".

=> If you make a reservation for one of the walks: please tell me for how many people!
