Praise where praise is due. Four of us have been to Patina twice over the last 4 weeks for their special sunday lunch. A choice of 3 starters , 3 main courses and 3 desserts all for 17.50TL the food was superb.the setting lovely and the service second to none without a doubt one of the nicest meals ever in NC. 10 out of 10

We are going to try their fish special which is on every thursday evening, tomorrow, only costing 25TL if sunday was anything to go by should be really good as well . Keep you posted

Patina is up the road from China Garden in Catalkoy, turning is almost opposite the new Lemar. Up lane past China Garden on corner, Patina 100 yards up on left.

We have had many a lovely meal at Patina. In winter the house is cosy and beautifully decorated and in summer the garden is a romantic haven. Can't think of anything bad to say about it and now will definately try their sunday roasts. What fish do they do for their specials pls?

Patina is always a joy. We were there again for a fab Sunday lunch on Valentines day and no way were the portions small. I had a whole chicken breast plus a leg and thigh on my plate. The staff are wonderful and, as I mentioned earlier on this forum, they phoned us to offer us a free Sunday lunch after Christmas to thank us for our custom throughout the year. Now what other restaurants over here would do that? None that I know of anyway.

The other restaurant that equals Patina is Midsummer House in Catalkoy (Re-opening April 1st) Again superior setting, food and service. Well worth a visit.

Old shep, sooo many peeps who have heard things, please believe you will be very pleased if you make the effort to go along to find out for yourself, and try one of the finest eateries in the area.

We have eaten at Patinas for a couple of years now and have always had an excellent meal. Went for Sunday lunch 2 weeks ago which was excellent. Couldnt fault it. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very efficient. The food is cooked and presented to the highest quality and Ive never left there feeling half full. The portions are deceptively filling. Its a pleasure to dine there and we regard it as our favourite restaurant on the island.

Definately 10 out of 10.

Hello All

Truly great news, Patina's is about 200 yards from our place, historically we have never found it better than okay, so hardly ever go there.

We are out in April and will definitely give it another go.

best wishes

Doug
