Guus Hiddink, manager of the Russian national football team, will not renew his contract. Hiddink has signed a contract with the Turkish football association. Turkey didn't qualify for the World Cup 2010 in South Africa (neither did Russia). Hiddink who will start his job after this summer, has the option to manage 'some team' during the World Cup 2010, but he didn't want to say yet whether he'll do it or not.

Guus Hiddink signed a contract for two years (from August 1, 2010), with an option for two more years. His assistant may be the Netherlands ex-international (46 caps) and ex-player for Fenerbahçe SK, Pierre van Hooijdonk : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pierre_van_Hooijdonk .
