I am looking to depart next week but have about 60 kilos of luggage. The travel agent said it would cost about £400 + for the luggage.

I am waiting to hear about putting it in cargo or the price to go to uk and come back again and then go again.

Does anyone know of anyone going back on saturday 27th feb going to heathrow without luggage??

I would really apreciate any help or advice!!

Thanking you in advance.

why dont you buy the frequent flyer card. you get 30 kilos of luggage for istanbul its plus 10 whereever you go so that must mean at least 35 for the uk. Also Im not sure but ask about this- perhaps if you are going with someone else they will give you this allowance for the both of you. You need to check in together.

You also get to go firstclass i.e. front 5 seats, and some extra specials, valid for a year

Kim you shoulkd be able to get it out as freight - but it would not arrive with you, where is it going to (are you travelling on elsewhere) - you need to contact a specialist as if it is air frieght the volume may be different to the wight involved so the price could also vary (maybe not in your favour).

We can check the airfreight for you from the TRNC or conatct Jo Valentine.

hi bubbles, if you go from larnaca with easyjet you could check in 2 cases weighing 41kgs for 211 euros. the extra weight can go as hand luggage as there is no restriction as long as within the size allowance. 82.99euros for the seat on 27 feb

The request asking is anyone traveling without luggage suggests you would ask this person to bring your belongings onboard as 'theirs'.

This would be a serious criminal offence and could result in the arrest of both parties and possibly a life time ban from air travel. I have seen this happen in real life and would really dissuade anyone from trying it.

Listen to Tom at flightholiday and enquire about airfreight. If you arrange this in advance, your possessions could arrive ahead of you or even on the same day.

who you flying with ? if you go with BA once you have booked your flight you can then log on and book extra suitcases i think its something £25 per extra case there is no discount for part cases so make sure its full but only to there max weight otherwise they screw you, and and it has to be book in advance so you could take as many cases as you can carry give that a thought
