| Going back to the original question (and I think there was one!) according to several estate agents to whom I have spoken the Orams case seems to have made no difference. Sales are going through; viewings are happening, an d any slowness seems to be due to the time of year alone.
Maybe not all will tell the same story but I have heard that from five different estate agents. Of course, I have no idea what offers are being made - I didn't ask, but it does look as if the initial fall out has senttled and it is not particularly poisonous. |
