we are having an apartment built in the tatlisu area, but will be moving over to trnc at beginning of november 08, we wish to rent a 3 bed villa for at first 6 months, but would need to be assured this could be extended for a further 6 months if required. we would wish to be in the area of tatlisu or esentepe so that we can observe the building progress! pref. furnished with the facility of being able to store some of our things when they arrive, also a pool either comm. or private.
