I will be visiting for a few months in May and want to rent a car for around 2 weeks but over the space of 8 weeks so a few days here and there. I wondered if anybody knew if any of the car rental companies would be able to do me a deal ?

You might find that most will only rent for a minimum 4 days at a time.
