£200 are you having a laugh!!! Landlords pay the tax, insurance, property management fees, and wear and tear it makes me laugh. I have a shed with no roof for £100 a month if you are interested.............

If you do not have anything decent to say or advice without being sarcastic, why answer, nothing better to do i think.

jimmy2,

You are perfectly correct in what you say, that there are property rentals for £200 per month but unfortunately they are not brand new. More like student lets in older aprtment blocks. Out of the £200 owners have to pay 10% tax and the maintenance charges which leaves very little left. I really do think you will be pushing it to find what you are looking for, for £200.

The Butler

You are bang on with your comment £200- £20 tax, £35 property mangement fee, £40 site maintenance, £10 house insurance = £95 profit. = not worth the hassle. Some people want a lot for very little, people who rent their properties hope to cover costs and make some profit also, they are not a Charity.

£150-£200 = student let in a HMO (house of multiple occupation) in the old quarter of Kyrenia...............

Oh i also know that places for that price are about, and sometimes its word and mouth...We rented for 18months and i can tell you now that the landlord,lady..that they thought they were..never have, and never did pay their taxes on the property in the past 5yrs..and just smiled about it..each to their own i guess..and we had signed contracts too..

We rent now and the landlord is a perfect gent he dose not live here, but we make sure we pay his taxes on his behalf, when we pay his rent into his bank each month.

All i can say is keep looking..We have a friend who might rent furnished for a little more than £200.email if intersted and will see what happens..As for the shed lark....go fix it mannnnnnnnnnn.!!!
