Doga Evleri is a 84-apartment site with a great nature, a silent

residential and a big shared pool. There are 21 4-apartment buildings;

two 2-apartment buildings joined with shared stairs. My

father-in-law's apartment is on the second floor. It has a big garden,

shared with the first floor for sure, but they don't seem to appear

for years, so practically, garden is all yours.

It is a 3+1 flat with open kitchen and one bathroom. The flat is fully

furnished, but I am not sure if there is a TV or not. You can see the

pool from the kitchen window. The front balcony has enough space for a

table and four chairs. It is very close to Acapulco, so you may enjoy Acapulco's

nice beach if you are not a pool person. There are many markets on the

way to Doga Evleri, including Lemar and Starling, as Starling is the

closest.

My father-in-law asks for £350 for rent and an initial £350 for

deposit, repayable when leaving. Please e-mail me if you'd like to see the apartment.
