I am looking for a 4+ Bedroom Premium villa, required unfurished for long term rental, or funished to high spec anywhere between Zytinlik and Catalkoy considered.

must have the following:



4+Double Bedrooms

Central Heating

Fireplace

Air Con

Family Bathroom (with bath)

swimming pool

If it's got full air con it won't need central heating.

sorry I should have been clearer... air con can be used to warm the air as well as cool so in winter it works instead of central heating.



It generally works out cheaper to run too.

It will be difficult to find a 4 bed I think.....but sometimes there's 2 lounges, one large open one and a 'snug' for winter (I use this as a fourth bedroom in mine as its conveniently situated near the large shower room d/stairs)

Mines no good to you as its in Lapta.



However I know of a fantastic new build in Essentepe...right on the beach, 4 beds ( 2 not double) but all ensuite. Huge living area, infinity pool, generator etc...... unfurnished. We've got pics if you are interested.
