My friend has a 3 bedroom, first floor apartment to rent close to Alsancak Village.



Quiet private road with shared pool.



Fully furnished, only £75 per week including bills but aircon extra.



Holiday let only



Supermarket, bars and Restaurants within walking distance

This is an absolute bargain! Cleaning, Laundry and electric ( immersion for example) for a one week holiday let would cost more than £75 per week.

your pals must be complete lunatics to rent out a 3 bed fully furnished apartment for £75/week peak season. They'll be forking more out in the daily running costs and damages than they make. They are also bringing down the rental market for everyone else!

I have been renting my property out for 4 years and I know that at £75 a week your friend will lose money. Has he taken in to account that he has to pay local rental taxes of 10% and Uk Taxes of 20% on his £75 plus electric, gas cleaning materials and laundry? Message 27 says it all.
