Anyone experienced the curries from the PopInn? The house with a bar in the front room, honest, on the left past the Medview Forrest Golf site past Esentepe.

We have gone past it many times, it does look strange, never been in and never seen anyone in it, I think it was advertising football last time

Hye

This "house conversion" is well worth a visit- i have not had curry yet but have had snacks and they were very tasty and well worth the money.

Saed (waiter who used to be at The Grove) does a great job (as usual) of making everyone feel welcome. Well done Saed and Zeki - you will certainly be seeing us when ever we are passing.

As far as i know some of the neighbours are houses owned by Zeki and family.

I agree with the2ofus. I have called in the place for a beer and a snack, and Saed does make you feel welcome. I will be calling in again, next time me and the missus are over there next month, and sample one of the curries.

Hi everyone, called in the Pop Inn last night, curry very good, although a little hot!!!! Saed told us that the chef is still getting used to the chillies and spices over here, hopes to get everything perfect in the next day or two. Popadoms and relish to die for.

But-n-Ben

Maybe it was too early for people whenever we were going past (about 11 ish), and you can see from the road wether it is busy.

Put your business cards behind the bar and it may get pinned up.

I was first up.

I hope that it catches on then we can see who has visited.

Hi Poppin is a great place i have rented close by till i move into my own place most people close walk to it and dont drive chris so maybe you cant see who is in because we have seen it empty outside but it is busy inside because of the through draft and is is nice and cool, tried the curry last night and it was good but a little fiery for us saaid said the same to us it will get better

Good luck to em

Had a curry in the Poppin last evening and it was very good, on a par with anything I have tried on the island, top marks to Zeki and all the staff, (get well soon Zeki)
