Hello wouldnt like to quote you over this with out seeing it first. Usually for a 1 bed apt and terrace full clean would between 100 and 200 sterlin depending on how bad the condition is.

A full builders clean consists of cleaning all rooms through out including windows, cupboards and skirtings.

Hi... do you do sealing on Marble floors etc... We have salt residue coming up through ours, even though it is has been down around 2 years now... Any suggestions what we can do... it comes off initially when mopped but then sneaks back through!! Will a decent sealant do the job?

Yes I do sealing, I have seen this problem in alot of homes in the trnc. Its a case of your floors needing sealing again. You should really get your floors re-sealed and buffed every 2 years to prevent problems.

NC man sorry I have not been in touch problems with account.

Its done by hand with a polish and sealant in one.

I would not usually come to homes for such a small job but i would do it as long as it covers petrol and chemicals for you.

Lee, what type of sealer do you use? Only i have been told that surface sealers start to peel off after a period of time especially in extreme heat ie over 30c, i was told an impregnating sealer is better. can you tell me what sealer you use and the name of it. Thanks

I cant really tell you the sealent we use but I can guarantee you it does not peel away what so ever, but you will need a re-seal and buff after 2 years just to keep the floors safe and protected.

yes for marble floors cleaning polishing and sealing it will get your marble back to a high gloss finish, making your floors look new again, If you are interested we can come to your home and have a look, I have a portfolio of work before and after pics and we charge from 4tl a sqm.

I would usually charge 4tl a sqm but because there is two apt ill drop the charge down to 3tl a sqm.

So 130sqm marble clean, polish and sealant will be 450tl and we can come to some sort of arrangement for the terrace.
