I do not often make recommendations but when someone carries out an excellent job then they deserve praise. I recently had a problem with the valve from my swimming pool balance tank and was unable to source a replacement of the same type. After two unsuccessful attempts to find the correct valve, I was given the name of Neptune Pools. I rang their number, 0533 8702426, and spoke to Kristina. She was very helpful and arranged a visit to my house that same morning. Kristina arrived with her partner Ali, who quickly assessed the situation, quoted a price and arranged to do the work the following day. They came as arranged and in no time at all the new valve was installed along with some new pipe work. An excellent job and at a very good price. Thank you Ali & Kristina for your professionalism and quick solution to my problem. I will not hesitate to contact you if ever the need arises in the future.
