How big?

Where do you want the villa?

How much might the difference be between the value of yours and what you are prepared to consider in a villa?

How large should the villa be?

Near HSBC Bank ,first turning from the Seker bank ,130 sq 3+1 good size balconies with a sea view, with full title deeds.



Looking for 3 bed possibly 135-150 sq with a reasonable size garden I have two kids ,this is the main reason i want to exchange, kids can play in the garden etc...looking near GAU,Alsancak,Ozankoy and Dogankoy areas.



My budget is twenty thousand pounds.

Anyone would like to come into town, then if you have a 3 bed villa or bungalow near GAU, Zeytinlik,Alsancak,dogankoy or ozankoy area I am happy to exchange and pay the difference.
