these two banks will be the end of our country , between them they have lost 1billion a month ,every month for the last year ,who pays tax payer ,its criminal close them down , we let all our industry die , but we pay for non profit making banks thats costing billions just to keep them afloat , and the bankers still want bonus payments , whats going on ?

I believe part of the original defence for keeping them open was that closing them would mean losses to all who had invested due to thier defecit and also massive job losses but now that the bill has reached 12 Billion I am sure it is not such a good idea.
