| Hi All,
I am currently looking for a fairly small piece of land in or around Kyrenia, having contacted several estate agents via email and having no response so I thought a post on here couldn't do any harm.
I need 800 to 1000 sq m and having taken a look at the area from above (on google earth!!) it seems there is still quite a lot of undeveloped land which is reasonably close to the centre, the problem is, are any owners prepared to sell.
I have no problem paying reasonable money for the right piece of land. It will be used for a brand new business venture, something that will appeal to all you ex-pats living out in Northern Cyprus, providing fun for all the family no matter your age.
I also read on 44 the other day that there are government incentives for new investors in the area, does anybody have a link or any information i could take a look at in advance of my next visit (in 4 weeks).
