anyone else experiencing problems with dopi

they told me to bring my box in said it was for updates but it hasnt worked since i got it home now they say they will charge me to come and fix it but cant promise a time or definate day. im ready for putting it were the sun dosnt shine

What is 'not working'?



I got my box back and hooked it and found the 'pay' channels were not present so I switched the box off at the back and waited around 20 seconds, turned it back on and everything was back to normal.

everything fine in arapkoy , channel numbers have changed thats the only problem.

They now charge 50tl to come out to your home!



Bit of a rip off when in fact they change the settings and you have to take your box to them and if you get it home and something doesn't work you will have to take it back or incur this charge

Dopi sadly is probably the best of the bunch which doesn't say too much.



They are of course useless and couldn't give a bugger about their customers but the sport does work MOST of the time.

Frankly they wouldn't last five minutes in the first world, but as weall know, we are not in the first world.



We are probably getting what we pay for but we do deserve more. One day things may change but don't hold your breath.
