Thank you for the interest in our apartment here is some basic details:-







Basically it’s in Alsancak, mountain side of the coast road, above Kavanlar at the same level as the riverside complex.







It’s a three bedroom, 2 x double & 1 x twin beds. Master bedroom has an en-suite there is also a family bathroom, both have showers and sliding door/screens.







The whole apartment is 125sqmtrs living, dining room & kitchen is of open plan. The apartment is on the first floor with views to the sea and mountains from the 4 balconies.







The complex as a whole has 2 blocks totaling 11 apartments 3 of which have permanent residents, 6 including ours are owned and 2 unsold as far as I know. There is a large shared pool which is up and running.







It is fully furnished, water and electric meters connected you would only require bedding.

Can you give me the details of the Fully Furnished 4 bedroomed Villa in Alsancak for less than £300 per month and the contact details of the owner, my mate is renting his 3 bedroom villa out in Alsancak and getting £650 per WEEK.

We rent a fantastic 3bd Villa for 300,and we have a most fantastc landlord..If people want to rent keep the rent realistic then its rented,far to many villas sitting empty,such a shame..and we had a nice tex from the landlord at christmas addressed to the Best tennents ever merry christmas..Happy all round..Rent yours for 250 and you might fill it.!!

This must be a holiday let at £650pw as someone would have to be off their heads to pay this much rent every week, although good luck to the landlord if he can find a punter. I have a 4 bed villa with pool inc, fully furnished with 1 donum of gardens in Alsancak with sea and mountain views for £400pm.

You are correct it is a Holiday let and a very luxurious villa, I rented it on my first trip to TRNC for a month.

Of course you can get cheaper which I realised when we came over hence I did not rent it again but I would reccomend it to anyone wanting a luxurious pad for a short break.

Hi,

Just a warning if approached by Sema or Rifat Cagatay do not rent to them, they dont pay, run up bills, leave damage. I have been stung badly by them , but if you have any deatails of their where abouts I would be most grateful.
