Back on line about 10 minutes ago, it has taken Extend 11 days!!!!!!! Just wishing now that I hadn't paid a year up front.

Yes a week and it has miraculously reappeared here as well. Shame I had to spend so much on phone calls!!!

Yes been waiting all week for them to call me for a visit and then today the connection just came back.
