well if you would like to learn like the maestro then let themeastro teach you. We are staring our courses once again on wed 10th march. If you have the desire then come along be taught by the best. From filling fish to making soufle, then its for you. it is somuch fun, you cook, you taste, and you drink the wines that goes with each dish xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

the course it will be one day per week for six weeks, from 10.00 till 14.00 the cost is forty pounds per person each time. the only day Guido can teach is Wednesday.xx

Liz - Paul has been on several cooking courses. The cost is £130 for 10.00am - 5.00pm. They also eat what they've cooked, with accompanying wines. Guido's rates sound very reasonable - I know Paul would have come along for a couple, at least. If Guido is still doing them in June (doubtful, I know), I'm sure he'd love to

Liz it might be a good idea to get some photos of Guido's 'pupils' in action in the kitchen and the finished result of their meal. I am sure Hans will oblige if asked nicely. Plus it would be nice for those of us not there to see the fun.

hi frances it All went very well, every so often when i took the wine to them i managed to get a taste of the mells emulating. They all enjoyed it. Next one starts next week xxxxxxxx
