That depends on wether it is Holiday lets which are more expensive and Long term lets also furnished or unfirnished own pool or communal pool, services included or not, utilities inc or not you need to be more specific.
Still waiting for you to provide me the contact details for this 4 bedroomed Fully Furnished Villa in Alsancak for less than £300 per month as I want the rate fixed and will rent it for a min 10 years for myself and flog my gaff... |

Never said they did every landlord has his own contract which you either accept or you don't. |

I'm not it is not for sale, but if I had the offer of a 3 bedroomed Fully Furnished villa in Alsancak not Karisyaka for less than £300 per month then it may well have been. |
