Well we pay £300,for a furnished large Villa with pool,great place,great landlord,a real gentelmen

hi witch, its so cheap to rent here around 300 pounds per month seems to be the average rent plus all the usual bills. Its harder if you own and rent as you have to pay rental tax. Shop around like Spider you can get a villa for not much more xxxx

Lots of property for rent asking to much so they stay empty cold and damp only newbies will pay these rents If you can have a good long term rentee its as good as gold
