Do you know who is delivering 2,5 à 3,0 m³ soil and compost to fill up the trays on my terrace for plants and flowers. It must be from a good quality for growing. How much can it cost?

I have a huge pile of topsoil - free to a good home. Surplus to requirements. It's good stuff too.
