It appears that there are more people now asking the question as regards Mrs Mavis Robb and her arrest warrant and why she, like her evil son Gary John Robb are still allowed to roam freely the streets of North Cyprus …… (Sorry Terry but questions are being asked now by other people and in the public domain !) http://trncvillaowners.phpbb3now.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3319 It does appear that as usual the TRNC Government just does not give a damn so long as the “Brown Envelopes” are being freely passed about. “ New Car Prime Minister Soyer ? ” ABAG http://latchfords.spaces.live.com/

These criminal continue to prosper whist many hundreds continue to suffer through their cheating, lies and deceit - and they are worried about KILLER TICKS !!!! | The mothers of all major criminals are real sweet!!!!!!! This man is a murderer by default of supplying drugs on a major scale. Why should these people live a life of freedom and luxury at the expense of major crime. |

Hi All, I'm from Teeside. Neither myself nor any of my family ever went to or bought drugs from The Fiesta or The Colleseum. I have never met the man or his mother. If there are arrest warrants out for these people, they should be forced to face justice. Innocent then or guilty, at least justice would be served. Under British law people are innocent until proven guilty.! wynyardman

wynyardman, his brother got 12 years. GR and mother did a runner before they got to trial. There is no "formal" extradition between UK and TRNC that is why at one stage this was the new Costa del Crime. Robb stayed here because his ill gotten gains were "invested" in scamming more people such as the AGA ladies. GR has stated he will go back as long as he receives a fair trial??????? Fat chance, they know leaving here will mean a long sentence.

cyprusishome, I note what you say. I too have heard the rumours, but it is only right to state the facts I did say "they should be FORCED to face justice" but I am not a judge (despite the fact I could use the wig) wynyardman

hi cyprus and all , i agree with you wholeheartedly , ive had first hand experience through my work , the misery it causes in families and for the users themselves its heartbreaking it's a dirty dangerous business thats for sure , people who deal and anyone who is connected with these people are just as guilty in my book , there is no room in society for people like these have a good day , simbas

I would imagine that Gary reads this forum to keep updated with what is happening etc. I feel the poor man has not been given the chance to defend himself against these alleged allegations by other forum users. Take it away Gary? P. Two sides to every story I believe.

Dear Tiggy You are right, there are always two sides to every story, that is why a group of aga victims have extended a public invitation to help Gary and his mum, clear their names , by accompanying them to the various authorites, in Northern Cyprus. Here is what they are saying today http://latchfords.spaces.live.com

If Gary Robb is innocent which I believe he is not he should return to the UK as he has stated he would do to face the courts, the UK has one of the best law systems in the world and he can be assured of a fare trial. The posturing from him just shows that he knows he will be found guilty like his brother, who know how many lives he has wrecked through his drug dealing.

Tiggy maybe this might help you to understand a bit more of the background http://www.north-cyprus-property.org/gary_robb I think there are many people in Northern Cyprus that would disagree about your comment "poor man". The arrest warrant for Gary Robb is "live" and his mother also. She was a "mule" for Gary Robb and allegedly accused of bringing money into Northern Cyprus for him.

Perhaps Gary is shy of appearing in front of so many people that are trying to hang him. Maybe he could write a few lines on this forum to what has occured and what are his intentions are. Would gain some respect. Maybe Mummy could write it for him if he feels threatened. Come on the Robb's heres your chance. T.

If GB was innocent why flee Uk and leave his brother to face the jail sentence(nothing like a bit of brotherly love there). Of course he is saying he will go back to the UK if he gets a fair trial, because he knows full well he will not be extradited to the UK. What's mummy living off in the TRNC? bet it is not her UK state pension. LL

Dear Tiggy It would be an ideal opportunity for the 'others' to say a few words. It's a very sad situation for all the families that have lost so much. Cypriots are very family minded, good people. I don't understand why they are ignoring this abuse.

Dear PtePike It's possible the majority of the good Cypriots are afraid of a small group of bullies - 'the others' for a want of a better name. School yard bullies. It would take a group of women to sort that lot out. Spineless *astards. Mrs Julie Wheeler.

Hilltop, you asked me Quote "Nunu you seem to know a lot about prisons, anything we should know?" It was a matter of speech...I was relating to the way our so called British Justice system is breaking down. Meaning Criminals are getting let off....and jails are letting a lot of Criminals go early (Early release Parol) I read a lot and I also know people that work for the Police and Prison service. I hope that answers your question Hilltop. nunu1

My grandad who was just about the most perfect human being - was living image and embodiment of Dixon of Dock green ( now showing my age !) always said to me when I was mad at an injustice etc etc " evil deeds are like the crows ... they always come home to roost" I have lived life by this rule and have found some comfort that in some way ( often we may never know) the lilttle sods get it ! If they do I will never know but somehow it just helps.... the Robbs will pay but in ways that we may or may not know about.

Dear Tiggy. Message 33. I am waiting for 'the others' to respond. The 'others' that are jointly responsible for AGA and the new breed of offplanners that have no home in the trnc, and never will. The Others... The ones that fade into the background, blend in, or so they thought. the others it's a good film. Mrs Julie Wheeler.

I hear Garry Robb in his latest attempt to shift the amaranta villas is now offering free white goods. Many of you would think this is a fridge, washing machine and cooker but when I enquired this morning it turns out that its actually 3kg of coke. So he's obviously up to his old tricks. I agree with you Julie but be careful you lot with what you post. These gangster types of off planners can get very nasty. Like for example if you was to call him a fat pimp drug dealing conman he could get very upset.

Littlenige, Strange that. I noted that on analysis this usually cuts in, when about 90% of the cash has been paid........ All light and charm up to that point! Perhaps this is something to do with the weakness of The TRNC legal system, and a failure on behalf of builders, to understand that CONTRACRUAL TERMS are binding on both sides. whingeing wyn.

Have you signed the petition to amend the Specific Performance Law? Without a change in this law, it means you cannot take action against your vendor to compel them to transfer the title deeds to you. Thus some unscrupulous developers are not adhering to their side of the contract and are not willing to transfer the deeds to the buyers, using this a leveridge to extract extra funds from purchasers. Please see this weeks edition of Cyprus Today (June 21-27), who are covering this very important issue. The petition was started some time ago by Ismet Ustuner, a very helpful and knowledgeable member of this board where legal matters are concerned. The petition is backed by the HBPG. This is the link to the petition: http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/petitioncyprus/index.html Sibel
