this service is not available in the north. its not worth the investment as i found out. the insurance companies dont pay for root intrusion like they do in the uk so i can suggest rodding or digging out. 05338384636

thanks to all, will try high pressure drain hose, if that fails maybe have to dig out another cyprus problem.
