Have you tried the local 'Nor' cheese? Delicious when fresh and less calories than cottage cheese! Great with honey or savoury with olives, olive paste, marmite etc.

You can get cottage cheese at Illeli market in Alsancak.

yes illeli have got cottage cheese, but never seen butter milk do they also called it smetna or some thing like that if thats it it south carrefore have it
