They are looking for a house/villa under 80k must have title deeds, must be unfurnished and they do not want a pool. Anywhere between Alsancak & Catalkoy..



Also 1 donum of building land required under 30k within same area.



They are cash buyers looking to grab a deal !!

Hi I have a 3bed detatched villa with pool in Karsiyaka with walled garden to front I want £75000 for it .last price. I have had an offer of £70,000 but no deposits have been paid yet . Thank you for your responses, will be in touch tommorow. Unfortunately Karsiyaka & Lapta is a bit to far out for them.
