Just follow the scarsdale eating plan, plus 30 mins cardio excercise a day , I've done it since 1982 and still fit into my clothes from then... back in fashion by the way!

I know a couple of people want to join but will be in UK - thats ok we can let you know what we will be doing and you can catch up when you come. I had a clinical hypnotherapist here a couple of years ago and we opened a Hypnotherapy clinmic in kaskar court for 6 months and i learned a great deal about dieting and its connection with habbit wouold be willing to come along and share my knowledge after my broken leg heals
