If you go to the tax office road from the main road you are trapped. There are huge trenches on every road right round the tax office and Cafe Dukkan and once inside you have to drive over them some are two feet deep nearly lost my undercarriage this morning how stupid they are doing it all at once

Good idea but i found out to late and cos its a one way street you are stuck.
