A couple of food Questions

Hi

Anybody know what time the Lapta & Alsancak supermarkets close on a Thurs night? Also what time does the Cafe Fast food close on a Thursday night?

Also is Haci Ali's restaurant any good still. Went about 3 years ago and it was excellent - any recent reviews?

I'm not obsessed with food, well only slightly, but i'm arriving late Thursday night with my extended family and want to make sure we can get something to eat.

Ileli supermarket (next to Starlings) in Alcancak is open until at least 1 am and has most things that Brits would want.

I think it is open 24/7 but can only vouch for 1am.

starlings seem to be open till about 11pm but agree ileli is a really good little supermarket and opens until the early hours. most take aways open till very late. pizza king, new one called kingston kebabs which is quite good.



think haci ali has closed down. not much activity last year at all but there are plenty more in this area. try the cabin on the lapta strip while you are here. good food and very reasonable. also punjab, guidos do evening specials as do taj mahal. list is endless ....

depends how late on Thurs night for the restaurants, most are closed by 10.30/11.00pm. Take aways will be open, a good kebab is great after a long journey x

Haci Ali restaurant closes down every year for the winter and opens again in the spring. Will pop in when passing and ask for you.
