| Told today it is all now the same price at approx TL290. This is from our builder. Apparently the construction industry went into bat for expats and managed to convince the authorities to reduce the deposit. |

| The best thing you can do if you rent,and are paying next door to the landlord for rent is...Get them to get your own electric...paying a third..on very high bills otherwise.paying for their electric too.. )) They are not daft,They love it that way...Oh and having control of your water,and how much per day you can have....tiss a joke,tiss a joke. )) Spider,X |

| Hi....there is a price for locals and a price for "all others" 290ytl is about correct for locals ( your builder should be able to get it at this price for you...any more, he could be pocketing the difference ( note I only say "could" ) |

| I have just been informed by estate agent that the cost is £200-270.00 By the way does anyone have an address or e-mail for the kibtec so i can check for definite. I am coming over in august to sort this out for my apartment. |
