NOKTA (Estates and property Management) new offices in Karaoglanoglu have been emptied. Seems strange so soon after being built to have a makeover, so is there another reason?

When we went to these offices to try and get our title deeds from Nokta last year - they were fitted to a very high standard, so definately don't need re-furbishing.



As they haven't built a house in years, they probably don't need the space

Doesn't look good at the moment. If anyone has any information on whether NOKTA are still in operation I'd be very grateful.

I have just heard from one of their staff that they are having sone decorating done on the ground floor, with new furniture coming soon

Hmmmm!! What do you reckon Mark? After your observations in message 3, decorating and new furniture sound like an extravagance in a year that cannot have been good for NOKTA.
