I used to have laser treatment for underarms and bikini line up until about 4 yrs ago. It's not entirely a permanent fix but is considered to be given the length of time it can eventually take for the hair to grow back. I thought it was the best thing I did, I could go on holiday for a couple of weeks and not need to worry about taking the ladyshave, and in the early days I could go may be 2-3 months before I had to go back for another session. That eventually stretched to 6-8 months between sessions. I'd highly recommend it as worth the pain, though the type used on me at the time meant I couldn't have it done if I had a suntan cos of the melanin in the skin. Don't know if things have changed with the new machines. Someone also told me it's a good thing to try if you have any perspiration problems - don't know why.

Ladies ladies Ladies. Accept it. You are all getting old and when that happens you sag and grow hair where you do not want it. Get a life; Go hairy and employ a plasterer to fill in the cracks

Mr Vince - it's a good job this never happens to you chaps! Don't know that I could run to the price of a plasterer for what I'd need doing
