I wish to purchase 3-4 properties over the next few years. Being British I want to purchase either as being 49% shareholder of a TRNC company or have my assets under TRUST. I am no legal eagle so perhaps I would need a bit of both. i.e I own 49% of the TRNC Company and the 515 is held in trust.

Is there anyone who has done this already and can offer advice as to what advocate/solicitor can offer a 100% secure solution where my assets canot be encumberred in any manner whatsoever and where their services are also cost efficient.

I have had ridiculous so far either ridiculous quotes or the solicito cannot explain in a clear manner how I am protected or send any examples of agreements.

My reason for wanting to puchase in such a manner is that 1. The company/trust will get the titel deeds delivered in pretty much the same time framd as a National would over there. 2. When laws are relaxed then I can simply transfer my assets to my own name or offshore company.

Regards
