whats the procedure in cyprus regards license i.e. In the uk to own a 125 you have to take your CBT test then after 2 years pass your bike test, anything bigger and you have to pass the full test, is there a procedure ?

125 is adequate for me but if the laws are a tad more relaxed, i would fancy a bit bigger.
