I think the link is not correct. If you use this http://waterdesalreport.com/articles/27216 which is the first part of your link, you get an article about a Desalination plant, but you have to subscribe to the website to get further.



It does however mention a company called Caramondani, which is a South Cyprus water company.



Have these got something to do with "pumping" money into the North?

Its an article about funding from the e.u. for desalination in Cyprus some of which will reach the North,
