A Friend is thinking about staying at Club Z, anyone stayed there? Good Bad comments??

It was a few years ago we stayed there but never ever again.



It was before they built the casino there and was refurbished, it was only B/B but everyone went down with a

stomach bug a serious one at that, the doctor had to be called.



I have since heard it is no better.

Stayed there we we first came over in 2003 and it's gone steadily downhill - not to be recommended any more we stopped going in 2005. The website photos and write up may look inviting but they were taken a long time ago. There has been no investment in the place since we visited and now its seems that only the casino pulls in the punters. There are many more far better places to stay - check the 44 forums out.

Stayed there 3 times in the past. Sadly, since the casino opened it has gone downhill. Management at the hotel told me (2004) that hotels with casinos no longer wanted brit tourists staying there.
