The Sunday Times (money section) From June 2010 The cash card only option will be replaced with a cash card plus however, this card, can not be used to make cash withdraws overseas. Anyone who has a visa debit card is ok (spoke to my Nationwide Branch today) Cash card only holders can apply for a full flex account ie visa debit card however you will be asked to make it your main current account which your salary or pension is paid into each month. As I said current visa debit holders "no change "

If you don't have UK address this does not apply... they will not upgrade you to Visa Debit Card even if your pension is paid in unless you have a UK address... We spoke to them asking for this and they declined.
