Bacon,Sausages,Eggs,Beans,Mushrooms,Tomatoes and Black Pudding.



If that's what you had for breakfast then Scientists say you have chosen the healthiest way to start your day.Seriously.

It is thought that a fried breakfast sets up the metabolism for the rest of the day, making it easier to burn off other meals and snacks.

That explains why I had been putting on weight (getting fat) since being in Cyprus.Been off the fry ups thinking it is not healty.
