Except when Andy isn't there and then customer care and food standards slip! Four of us had a disastrous evening out there last autumn and the very valid complaints were ignored, by a very off hand young man who assumed we were tourists. Agree when Andy and Amy are there it's hard to beat, but Midsummer House is just as fabulous in a different way so I hope that Andy doesn't rely too much on his staff when he is away as MH would get our custom if we were met with the sad Efendi attitude again!

Fabulous place. We had our Wedding there last year and they treated us and our guests like royalty. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Effendis is good, without doubt we go there frequently and it is one of the better independent restaurants in the North.

Follow sign posts through Catalkoy for Dedeman Olive Tree hotel and a couple of hundred yards past, on the left hand side, you will find Midsummer house. Well worth a visit. Enjoy!

Additionally, children are most welcome, highchairs provided for the little ones and if an earlier meal time required for those with or without children give Efendi a call and they should be able to accommodate you.
