| Its for holiday lets and prices currently range from £500-£1000pw depending on numbers
£600pw is the mid season price ( April - June and Sept- Oct ) based on 6
Its a nice pad even if I do say so myself |

However for ease of reference the dates I still have available in 2010 are:
15th April - 2nd May
16th May - 28th May
26th June - 3rd July
18th July - 23rd July ( obviously this could only be short break therefore rate negotiable )
13th Aug - 18th Aug ( ditto )
18th Sept - 1st Oct
10th Oct -20th Oct
27th Oct - onwards

Still got 18th Sept to 1st Oct ( 13 nights ) available
Also I have had a cancellation so the villa now also available 25th August until 4th Sept ( 10 nights )
Rave reviews so far from guests who have stayed there |
